Blue Cross will accept returns for a refund for up to 14 days from the date the merchandise is marked delivered by the delivery service company. For a prompt refund simply send us the unused or lightly used product with its original packaging and your purchase price, less shipping cost, will be fully refunded within 5 business days. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned/exchanged product. HOW TO RETURN MERCH

When returning merchandise to Blue Cross, please follow these instructions:

  1. Send an email to hello@thebloomingbrands.com and include your order number.
  2. Indicate the reason for your return in email.
  3. If your return request is within allowed time-frame, Blue Cross will email back confirming return request.
  4. Include your original order form with return.
  5. Wrap package securely (bubble wrap or packing peanuts preferred).
  6. Email us with your tracking number once return package has been shipped.
